How do I get a Cost / Price for an Inspection?

When can you carry out the inspection?

Can I attend the inspection?
You are welcome to attend the inspection but we recommend that you let the agent know also. That way you get to speak directly with your Metrospect independent Building Inspector in Melbourne. If you are not able to attend, that is fine too, most people do not. The Inspector is available for any questions you may have after receiving your Report.
When do I get my Report?
You will receive your full written Report via email by the next business day following the Building Inspection. If you have an URGENT situation, we can arrange for your Independent Inspector to call you with a verbal report after your inspection has been completed on the day. We can also arrange for your Building Report to be emailed the same day on request. If you have any further queries once you receive your report, let us know and we will arrange for the Inspector to call you in between inspections to answer any questions you may have. We pride ourselves on our professional and timely service.
How do I make payment?
We accept Visa Credit Card and MasterCard and EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).
Once your Inspection has been arranged, we will send you an email with further details including the timing of your inspection and an Invoice which will include our EFT Banking Details for payment. If you prefer to make payment via Credit Card, simply call us with your card details and we will process your Credit Card and send you a receipt via email. We do not charge a fee for Credit Card Payments.
