A Dilapidation Report Inspection Survey otherwise known as a Condition Report is conducted to document the condition of a property adjoining the works prior to any demolition and commencement of construction works.
A Dilapidation Report Inspection can also be conducted on completion of the works to document any changes that may have taken place to the Property during construction.
Councils may request that you obtain a Dilapidation Report as part of their approval process for developments. However, we recommend that you have a Dilapidation Report done for your protection and for your peace of mind.
